Up Up And Away As Gold And Silver Move Higher

Gold broke out this morning, moving over the $4,200 resistance level. The Gold price reached a high of $4,266 per ounce in early U.S. trading on heavy demand. Breaking above $4,200 was a signal to traders that the Gold price is bullish again.

At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $4249.65 per ounce.

SILVER

Silver moved higher with Gold, reaching a high of $62.89 before seeing short-term profit-taking. Physical demand is very heavy on popular Silver bullion coins and bars.

At 11am PT today, Silver is up $2.74 per ounce at $62.19.
