YES Gold Hit $2,000

GOLD

Y E S, we hit the $2,000 per ounce level on Gold. A little ahead of schedule, but I’m not complaining. I hope our many Gold investors are enjoying the ride. I would expect to see some selling. As I explained in yesterday’s Weekly Market Report, we are going to $2,200 by year-end. No fresh news today, but the U.S. dollar remains weak compared to Asian and European nations. Gold hit a high of $2.007 before see some light selling. At 11am PT Today, Gold is trading at $2,004 per ounce up $32 on active volume.

SILVER

Silver moved above $25 in early trading, then the short-sellers ran for cover, as the price moved to a high of $25.96 very quickly. As Gold moves above $2,000, Silver should continue to rally higher. At 11am Today, Silver is up $1.43 per ounce, trading at $25.70 on high volume.
