Description

Here is a Turkey AH1293/20 (1896) Gold 100 Piastres / Kurush in XF condition. This Extra Fine coin contains .2127 oz AGW and has bright Golden surfaces and good detail throughout. This is in the World Coins book as KM #730.

This coin was struck under the rule of Abdul Hamid II, who ruled from 1876-1909. The obverse features a Toughra with "el-Ghazi" to the right. The reverse features text, value, and date within a wreath, with a star above.
