ONLY 6 graded higher than this 1916-S Saint Gaudens $20 Gold Double Eagle, graded Gem MS66 by NGC. The strike is solid, with terrific detail in the devices, smooth surfaces, and fields that blaze with brilliant luster. This gleaming Double Eagle is an amazing Gem Saint that will be a rewarding addition to any collection.

This San Francisco Saint is also quite scarce. Current NGC census shows ONLY 7 graded higher than MS66, with a list price of $35,000 for the MS67.
