Presenting a beautiful 2015-W $5 Gold Commemorative proof coin graded PR70DCAM by PCGS. This Gold Proof commemorates the 225th Anniversary of the U.S. Marshals Service. This U.S. Marshals commemorative is also certified First Strike by PCGS and is from the L.B Expo release. Sharply stuck with pristine fields and crisp devices this Gold Proof is exceptionally detailed with reflective golden surfaces.

First Strike coins are produced using the first dies forged by the Mint for a particular series. Use of these first dies typically result in a higher quality strike and finer details. A coin must be proven to have been released by the Mint within the first 30 days of issue in order to be designated First Strike. Only a limited quantity of coins will be classified First Strikes during any production run, making them prized among collectors and investors for their increased scarcity and added beauty.
