Description

This wonderful 2007-W $50 American Buffalo Gold Proof has graded PR70DCAM by the experts at PCGS and is certified First Strike. Shining with beautiful and dazzling reflective surfaces, this incredible Proof has amazing eye appeal. The sharp devices contrast against smooth, pristine fields. It has received the highest possible grade of PR70DCAM, indicating that this beautiful Proof is without flaw.

First Strike coins are produced using the first dies forged by the Mint for a particular series. The use of these first dies typically results in a higher quality strike and finer details. A coin must be proven to have been released by the Mint within the first 30 days of issuance to be designated First Strike. Only a limited quantity of coins will be classified First Strikes during any production run, making them prized among collectors and investors for their increased scarcity and added beauty.
