This is an absolutely marvelous Reverse Proof Buffalo. Minted in 2013 at the West Point Mint this $50 Gold Buffalo Proof has been graded PF70 by NGC and placed in a special black Retro holder. With spectacularly luminous devices and frosty fields of flawless quality this Buffalo has incredible eye-appeal.

2013 is the FIRST YEAR OF ISSUE (and possibly the ONLY issue!) of the $50 Gold Buffalo Reverse Proof. Struck at the West Point Mint, this special limited release commemorates the 100th Anniversary of the 1913 Buffalo Nickel.

The coin pictured is the exact coin you will receive. A 2013-W $50 Gold Buffalo Reverse Proof, graded PF70 by NGC in a Retro Holder with Certification number 3728201-015. NGC graded coins are sonically sealed inside a plastic core piece that holds it securely within the transparent holder. A special label within the holder indicates the coin's certification number, grade, date, denomination, unique bar code and pedigree if applicable.
