This is a stunning 2008-W $10 Gold Buffalo Proof graded PR70 Deep Cameo First Strike by PCGS with the collectible Black Diamond label. The fields are pristine and shine with a brilliant mirror like quality. The devices are razor sharp and the details and extremely crisp. This 1/4 ounce Proof Buffalo is a perfect addition to a collection.

First Strike coins are produced using the first dies forged by the Mint for a particular series. Use of these first dies typically result in a higher quality strike and finer details. A coin must be proven to have been released by the Mint within the first 30 days of issue in order to be designated First Strike. Only a limited quantity of coins will be classified First Strikes during any production run, making them prized among collectors and investors for their increased scarcity and added beauty.
