This 2001 $10 Eagle has graded MS70 by PCGS. This 1/4 ounce American Gold Eagle coin is very sharply struck. The fine, intricate details of Liberty’s hair and fingers and the feathers and talons of the Eagle are very prominent atop pristine fields.

PCGS population shows ONLY 47 graded a perfect MS70, making this $10 Eagle exceptionally rare and very difficult to find.

Gold American Eagles appeal to both investors and collectors alike. Minted in 22-karat gold, American Eagle Gold coins are guaranteed by the U.S. government in weight, content and purity. The classic and beautiful obverse design of Lady Liberty recalls a golden age of coin artistry. Coins rated MS70 have to be completely flawless. They're far beyond "uncirculated" and even the condition of the sealed container is crucial. This coin arrived quickly, exactly as advertised, and in perfect condition.
