Here is a 2007-W $10 First Spouse coin graded PR70 Deep Cameo by PCGS. This Gold Proof commemorates Martha Washington, the wife of George Washington, the 1st President of the United States. Minted in 24-KT Gold, this 1/2 oz coin has sharp devices and smooth, reflective fields. The obverse features a portrait of Martha Washington and the reverse depicts Martha sewing with the inscription "First Lady of the Continental Army".
