Containing 1/2 ounce of 24-karat gold and GRADED A PERFECT MS70 by NGC, this excellent 2008-W $25 Gold Buffalo Early Releases is certain to please the most discerning numismatist or Gold collector. Perfect in every way, this Gold Buffalo glows with lustrous, glimmering fields. The details are razor-sharp and the surfaces are immaculate and pristine. Adding to this, 2008 was a Key Date in the Buffalo series, adding to this Buffalo's desirability as a collectible.

Early Release coins are produced using the first dies forged by the Mint for a particular series. Use of these first dies typically result in a higher quality strike and finer details. A coin must be proven to have been released by the Mint within the first 30 days of issue in order to be designated Early Release. Only a limited quantity of coins will be classified Early Release during any production run, making them prized among collectors and investors for their increased scarcity and added beauty.
