This 2014-W $50 Buffalo Proof has graded PF70UCAM by NGC and is certified First Releases. This 1oz American Gold Buffalo is struck from 24kt Gold and features smooth fields, crisp devices, intricate detail, and a brilliant original mint luster. This Buffalo will make a valuable addition to any collection or portfolio.

First Release coins are produced using the first dies forged by the Mint for a particular series. Use of these first dies typically result in a higher quality strike and finer details. A coin must be proven to have been released by the Mint within the first 30 days of issue in order to be designated First Release. Only a limited quantity of coins will be classified First Release during any production run, making them prized among collectors and investors for their increased scarcity and added beauty.
