Presenting a set of 4 2008-W Burnished Gold Buffalos, each has received a grade of MS69 from PCGS and are certified First Strike. All of these stunning American Buffalos display exceptional luster and well struck devices. This wonderful Burnished set will please even the most discerning of collectors.

A product of the West Point Mint, this set contains all 4 denominations of Gold Buffalo struck in 2008 ($5, $10, $25, & $50) and are certified First Strike.

First Strike coins are produced using the first dies forged by the Mint for a particular series. Use of these first dies typically result in a higher quality strike and finer details. A coin must be proven to have been released by the Mint within the first 30 days of issue in order to be designated First Strike. Only a limited quantity of coins will be classified First Strikes during any production run, making them prized among collectors and investors for their increased scarcity and added beauty.
