Presenting a stunning set of 4 First Strike 2005 American Gold Eagles graded MS69 by PCGS. Featuring strongly-struck devices, smooth fields and clear lustrous surfaces, these beautiful Gold Eagles will make a valuable addition to any collection or portfolio.

First Strike coins are produced using the first dies forged by the Mint for a particular series. Use of these first dies typically result in a higher quality strike and finer details. A coin must be proven to have been released by the Mint within the first 30 days of issue in order to be designated First Strike. Only a limited quantity of coins will be classified First Strikes during any production run, making them prized among collectors and investors for their increased scarcity and added beauty.

Must be perfect

Coins rated MS70 have to be completely flawless. They're far beyond "uncirculated" and even the condition of the sealed container is crucial. This coin arrived quickly, exactly as advertised, and in perfect condition.
