This COMPLETE 2006-W Gold Eagle set includes 1 of each of the following (a total of 4 coins): $50 1oz Gold Eagle, $25 1/2oz Gold Eagle, $10 1/4oz Gold Eagle, and a $5 1/10oz Gold Eagle.

First Strike coins are produced using the first dies forged by the Mint for a particular series. The use of these first dies typically results in a higher quality strike and finer details. A coin must be proven to have been released by the Mint within the first 30 days of issuance to be designated First Strike. Only a limited quantity of coins will be classified First Strikes during any production run, making them prized among collectors and investors for their increased scarcity and added beauty.
