Presenting a set of 4, 2018-W American Gold Eagle Proofs, graded PR70DCAM First Strike and certified First Day of Issue by PCGS with the Flag label and black PCGS shield. This Set features razor-sharp strikes and pristine mirror-like fields. Included is 1 of each of the following: $50 1 oz, $25 1/2 oz, $10 1/4 oz, and $5 1/10th oz coins.

First Strike coins are produced using the first dies forged by the Mint for a particular series. The use of these first dies typically results in a higher quality strike and finer details. A coin must be proven to have been released by the Mint within the first 30 days of issuance to be designated First Strike. Only a limited quantity of coins will be classified First Strikes during any production run, making them prized among collectors and investors for their increased scarcity and added beauty.
