Early Release coins are minted during the first 30 days of a series' production, using the first dies forged by the Mint for that particular series. Must be perfect

Coins rated MS70 have to be completely flawless. They're far beyond "uncirculated" and even the condition of the sealed container is crucial. This coin arrived quickly, exactly as advertised, and in perfect condition.
