This 1799/8 15 Stars Reverse $1 Draped Bust Heraldic Eagle Dollar is an amazing example in the MS62 designation, as graded by PCGS. This Mint State uncirculated Dollar features a bold strike with very nicely defined details. The fields are quite smooth for the grade. The surfaces shine with light golden to bronze hues of toning when held at certain angles. This Heraldic Eagle Draped Bust Dollar has excellent eye-appeal for a 217 year old coin. This silver rarity will definitely please any serious collector looking to add to a Registry Set.

This Philadelphia minted Draped Bust Silver Dollar is also very rare, especially in Mint State condition. The 15 Stars Reverse variety is seldom found at market. Current PCGS population shows ONLY 7 graded MS62 and ONLY 6 graded higher, with higher list values starting at $80,500.
