Here is an 1879 Carson City $1 Silver Morgan Dollar, Capped Die variety, which has graded MS65+ by PCGS and has been holdered with the prestigious Illinois Set label. This Morgan is perfect for PCGS registry set collectors. There is pale auburn rim toning present on both obverse and reverse. The semi proof-like fields gleam with original mint luster against bold devices. The Morgan design is detailed in crisp lines with excellent depth, accentuated by luminous surfaces.
