Here is a CAC certified 1880/79-CC Rev of 78 $1 Morgan Silver Dollar graded MS66+, the topmost graded awarded by PCGS. This fabulous Carson City Dollar, from the prestigious Illinois Set, is in superb Gem condition. The fields are incredibly smooth. The devices are crisp and the details are well defined. This Silver Morgan is beaming with frosted original mint luster and a dazzling cartwheel shine. There is a very slight highlight of pale golden toning on the lower rim of the obverse. I was very pleased with the professional packaging of the product but more so with the quality and eye appeal of the coin which is deserving of two stickers, a CAC green bean and a PQ for its blast white frost luster and sharpness and quality of strike. The only thing missing was their latest quarterly pricing issue that was promised to be delivered with the coin.
