With amazing original mint luster, frosty devices, and a majestic shine, this 1885-S $1 Morgan Silver Dollar is highly deserving of its MS66 grade from PCGS. The surfaces are white and boast an astounding and dazzling cartwheel shine. The devices are crisp and well struck with plenty of sharp details, especially in the focal areas.

In 1885, the San Francisco Mint produced a comparatively low mintage of over 1.4 million Morgan Dollars. Current PCGS population shows that ONLY 57 graded MS66 and ONLY 4 graded higher. The MS67 grade has a list price of $50,000.
