A beautiful example of an 1887 $1 Morgan Silver Dollar graded MS65 Gem by PCGS. This dazzling dollar is also CAC certified and in an OGH Holder. The surfaces are white and ultra lustrous and the details are very nicely defined. With amazing eye-appeal, this Morgan will certainly please any collector.

This coin has also been CAC certified for its bright luster and incredible detail. With CAC, prices for the solid quality coins are untethered from their lesser quality counterparts. A coin with CAC certification will have significant meaning to collectors and investors, and CAC coins tend to command higher premiums.

What makes this coin even more valuable, coveted, and in higher demand is the early generation PCGS original green holder, referred to as OGH. Because they were graded during a more conservative period of PCGS' history most OGH coins are in superior condition to their counterparts. OGH coins have been known to upgrade one, sometimes even two grades, if resubmitted to PCGS. As a result of the more conservative grading standards and upgrade possibilities, coins in OGH holders typically command prices averaging about 20% higher than their contemporary counterparts.
