ONLY 14 graded MS66+, outstanding cartwheel shine, blazing original mint luster, excellent eye-appeal... This 1902 Philadelphia minted Morgan Dollar, graded GEM MS66+ by PCGS, is, by any standards, an extraordinary Silver Dollar, with exceptionally well struck features, blazing original mint luster, and a low population. The sharp devices float on smooth surfaces that glow with mint luster and a bright shine. The finely detailed devices are so chiseled you could count the hairs on Liberty's head. Adding to the charm of this rarity is some faint rim toning on the obverse (front). This specimen nears perfection; an all-around terrific Morgan that will undoubtedly be a treasured focal point in your collection.

Though nearly 8 million Morgan Dollars were produced at the Philadelphia mint in 1902, very few high-end specimens remain. This dazzling Morgan is one of the highest graded Morgans from this mintage. Current PCGS population reports show ONLY 14 graded MS66+ and ONLY 28 HAVE GRADED HIGHER, all at MS67 with a listed value of $6,250.
