Presenting an incredible set of 10 (ten) 1880-S and 10 (ten) 1881-S $1 Morgan Silver Dollars, graded MS65 by PCGS, in first generation PCGS holders, also known as Rattlers. Each of these San Francisco minted dollars have a spectacular cartwheel shine that dazzles in the light and is further accentuated by brilliant original mint luster. These Morgans are in great GEM condition are will certainly please any collector.

What makes this 20-coin Morgan set even more valuable AND even more appealing is the fact that each dollar is housed in a first generation green PCGS Rattler holder, so named because the coins sometimes rattle in the holder. Because coins housed in "Rattlers" were graded during a more conservative period of PCGS' history, an overwhelming majority are in far superior condition than their contemporary counterparts.

Coins housed in Rattler holders have been known to upgrade one, sometimes even two grades if re-submitted to PCGS for grading. Because of the more conservative grading standards and upgrade possibilities, coins in Rattler holders typically command prices that average about 20% higher than their contemporary counterparts.
