Description

This very impressive Peace Dollar is a stellar example from the 1923 Philadelphia mintage. Graded an impressive Gem MS66+ by NGC, this Silver Dollar gleams with bright original mint luster and a light wash of champagne toning on both sides. Strong details are present in Liberty's face, as well as on the Eagle's wing. The "plus" grade from NGC puts this high-end Gem at the very top of its grade.

Of the 30+ million Peace Dollars minted in Philadelphia in 1923, NGC has graded 135 higher, all at MS67 with a list price of $4,775, ranking this MS66+ among the best of this mintage!

This coin has also been CAC certified for its bright luster and incredible detail. With CAC, prices for the solid quality coins are untethered from their lesser quality counterparts. A coin with CAC certification will have significant meaning to collectors and investors, and CAC coins tend to command higher premiums.
