This amazing 2015-W $100 American Platinum Eagle Proof has graded PF70UCAM by NGC. The devices are sharply struck and the fields are deeply-mirrored. A product of the West Point Mint, this 2015-W Platinum Proof features an iconic image of the Statue of Liberty on the obverse, and Lady Liberty with an Eagle on the Reverse. This Platinum Proof Eagle has the Mercanti Signature label.

First Release coins are produced using the first dies forged by the Mint for a particular series. Use of these first dies typically result in a higher quality strike and finer details. A coin must be proven to have been released by the Mint within the first 30 days of issuance to be designated First Release. Only a limited quantity of coins will be classified First Release during any production run, making them prized among collectors and investors for their increased scarcity and added beauty.
